I am Liisa Kanemägi – a knitwear designer/artist knitting tales through my craft. With a passion for avant-garde fashion, innovative knitwear, and exploring deeper meanings in clothing, I transcend conventional boundaries, blurring the lines between art and design. My brand challenges notions of beauty and perfection, embracing concepts like broken versus ideal and redefining ugly and beautiful. 
Each knit piece is designed for the self-aware and slightly rebellious wearer who dares to be ahead of their time. It’s about being eccentrically chic, expressing oneself through appearance, and embracing a youthful spirit and curiosity. My experimental knitwear has a strong artistic presence, adding significant emotional value. Each garment, crafted in limited collections in Europe, is meticulously made from premium materials such as silk, linen, wool etc. With a focus on low-waste, sustainable knitting methods, every piece reflects the brand’s dedication to individuality and quality.
I have over 10 years of experience in artistic fashion, textiles, and tailoring, encompassing education, work experience, exhibitions, shows and tutoring. They include Estonian Academy of Arts, Tallinn Design Week, ERKI, Sustexmoda, “Ma ei saa aru” etc.
